Billy richmond has had a long relationship with the city of memphis, and more specifically, the university of memphis athletics.
starring as a member of the university of memphis basketball team. it was during his playing years at memphis where billy learned he had a special gift. he was cooking for his teammates and coaches, when then coach john calipari was so impressed, he called nba & college hall of famer larry brown to tell him of billy's skill. from then on, billy knew he had something special.
now billy has come full circle. signing on to be the official hot wing of the university of memphis athletics.
